In today’s world, where pandemics, wars, and populism have become part of everyday life, it is especially important – particularly in the professional environment – to properly understand and address such topics. These include, among others, material shortages, supply chain disruptions, and information uncertainty.
To further strengthen its employees and provide them with greater confidence, AKOTEC has decided to continue investing in the future by offering additional training opportunities. Building on previous seminars and training programs, we are now introducing a new initiative supported by ILB (Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg).
The aim of this program, funded by the ILB and the EU, is to impart skills in resilience, conflict resolution, communication techniques, self- and time-management, team understanding, self-responsibility and self-organization, team roles and team development, agile working methods, leadership, and diversity – among others.
As a result, the foundation for continued economic success at AKOTEC will be further strengthened, and work productivity will be increased. Once again, AKOTEC is drawing on the expertise of Sabine Lipski, who – through seminars and one-on-one sessions – helps employees strengthen existing skills, gain new ones, and confidently face the daily challenges of working life.
The program is designed to enhance professional and leadership competencies, self- and social skills, as well as promote employee health and well-being.
