Direct Flow replacement tubes

Installed in the collector, the tube provides a wide range of installation options since no special angle of attack is required. AKOTEC df replacement tubes are therefore easy and uncomplicated to handle. Additionally, the df tube allows temperatures up to 192 °C. Hence, the tube can transfer a large amount of heat from the collector to the storage tank. The direct flow replacement tubes are also 100% Made in Germany and come with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Unlike other solar system manufacturers, if your full vacuum tubes are damaged, you don't have to do a complete replacement right away. Thanks to our replacement tubes, you can replace the affected vacuum tube and continue to use the solar system as usual. The tubes can be rotated 360° and can always be aligned according to the position of the sun. Gone is the fear of hail and storms.

Our tubes have the highest hail resistance class - But what does it mean? The number and intensity of hailstorms in Germany have been on the rise in recent years. Humans and animals are able to seek shelter, but the vacuum tubes of the solar system are exposed to the weather. Our job as a manufacturer is to prevent this from happening. We subject all tubes to a more stringent test by TÜV Rheinland and only allow them onto the market once they pass this test. Hail resistance class 4 means that the collectors are bombarded with 40 mm ice balls at a speed of 100 km/h. The result is that AKOTEC collectors are not damaged. As a result, AKOTEC collectors stand up to hail with flying colors and provide full safety in wind and weather with hail resistance class 4.
