Especially during the summer the sun shines every day all day on the solar plant and the tube collectors. But we don’t heat that much during the summer, maybe for the washing machine and dishwasher every now and then. To every AKOTEC complete-system therefore belongs a storage tank or buffer tank. This storage tank collects the suns heat and hands it further when needed, even on cold and cloudy days, when the sunlight is not coming through.
