The most powerful collector at the market is our OEM Vario 3000 with maximum power of 3014 Wp, that equates a power per m² of 615 Wp. Our collectors will be manufactured also with 10 vacuumtubes (1000 Wp) and 20 vacuumtubes (2000 Wp). Because of the double-coat of the absorber the power wins 20% more with the reflector. Reflectors will be delivered optional. A white wall or a zinc-roof reflecting the heat and gives rise to more power. For the OEM-customers it is possible to get further versions of the collector with different quantities of tubes. All collectors from 5 to 30 tubes (step-by-step) with or without reflector are certificated with Solar-Keymark.
The advantage of our solar collectors in a summary:
- Single vacuum tubes with plug-in connection that can be easily exchanged (registered for patent!)
- Tubes which can be rotated 360° and aligned to the sun! Based on this technology, all types of assembly are possible without sub construction! E.g. Facade installation: 45° south or 60° south absorber optimisation adjustable by rotating the tubes (any angles naturally possible).
- Filling of the system is also possible during strong sun radiation (turn tubes out of the sun’s rays)
- All collectors are available as CKD-versions (completely knocked down)
- One-man collectors: Collectors are quickly assembled on the roof! (registered for patent)
- NARVA-Tubes with double sided coated absorber (higher output)
- Various collectors connected together always have the same tube spacing! (optical appearance one single collector)
- all solar collectors are offered as self-supporting constructions - therefore no complicated profile sub construction is necessary !!!
- AkoTec solar collectors have the zeta-plus seal of approval: This guarantees constant high quality during manufacturing and equal volume flow through every single tube.
Architectural Integration:
AkoTec - vacuum tube collectors are offered as standard elements in three different lengths and provide a flexible, applicable, creative element for facades, balustrades, pergola, etc.
